KickTick Tech L.L.C. (“the company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), is a company registered in Kosovo at the address str. Lordi Bajron, Republic of Kosovo, with business registration number 812238295 (hereinafter referred to as “KickTick”).

KickTick offers tickets to different events including music, sports, culture, and growth. The KickTick platform (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”), operated on the website www.kick-tick.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”). We manage the Website and any other related products and services subject to these general legal terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Legal Terms”) (collectively referred to as “Services”).

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between us and the Client or Consumer, i.e., you as a user, based on the information provided at the time of your registration on the platform (hereinafter referred to as “You,” “User,” “Client,” or “Consumer”), whether personally or on behalf of an entity, concerning your access and use of the Services. The Legal Terms establish the general terms and conditions that govern the use of www.kick-tick.com and the purchase of listed products.

By continuing, you acknowledge that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all these Legal Terms. If you do not agree to all these Legal Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services, and you must stop using them immediately.

1. OUR SERVICES
1.1 Platform Overview
KickTick is an online e-commerce store that offers tickets to a wide range of events from different organizers.

1.2 Age Restrictions
Our Services are intended for users who are at least sixteen (16) years old. Individuals under the age of 16 are not allowed to create an account or provide personal information. Users between 16 and 18 years old may register only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents/legal guardians are responsible for providing the necessary consent for minors.

2. CONTRACT FORMATION
2.1 Order and Purchase Agreement
A contract between us and the Consumer is established through the www.kick-tick.com platform. Listing products on the platform constitutes an offer directed to consumers to enter into a Distance Sales Contract.

To form this contract, the Consumer must add the selected product(s) to the shopping cart (the “Cart”) and complete the checkout process. Before finalizing the order, the Consumer can modify the quantity of the products and input data using the available options on the platform.

After the final order confirmation, the contract between the Consumer and KickTick is considered concluded. Acceptance of these Legal Terms is mandatory to place an order. Otherwise, the order will not be processed.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
3.1 Our Intellectual Property
We own or have been licensed for all intellectual property rights in our Services, including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, images, trademarks, service marks, and logos (hereinafter referred to as “Content” and “Trademarks”).

8.1 By default, all ticket sales are non-refundable unless the organizer has explicitly stated otherwise.
8.2 If the event listing includes a refund policy, it is subject to the organizer’s rules, deadlines, and processing terms.
8.3 In case of an event cancellation or significant change, the refund policy will be determined by the organizer, and we will assist in processing eligible refunds where applicable.
8.4 If an event qualifies for a refund, the amount and processing timeline will be governed by the organizer’s policy.

9. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
9.1 KickTick acts solely as a ticketing platform that facilitates the sale of tickets on behalf of event organizers. We are not responsible for the organization, management, or execution of the events listed on our platform.
9.2 We are not liable for any modifications, delays, rescheduling, or cancellations made by the event organizer. Any refunds, exchanges, or compensations are subject to the event organizer’s policies and discretion. If an organizer cancels an event or makes substantial changes, we will assist in facilitating any applicable refunds only if the organizer permits.
9.3 We do not guarantee the quality, safety, accessibility, or enjoyment of any event. Any concerns regarding the event experience must be directed to the event organizer.
9.4 The ticket holder assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with attending an event. We are not responsible for:
Venue policies (entry requirements, security checks, seating arrangements, etc.).
Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets after purchase.
Any personal injury, property damage, or other losses occurring at the event.

10. CANCELLATION POLICY
10.1 KickTick reserves the right to cancel any ticket purchase in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, or regulatory compliance issues.
10.2 If an event is canceled or significantly changed by the organizer, ticket holders will be informed, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the event organizer’s policy.
10.3 Ticket holders may not resell, transfer, or exchange tickets unless explicitly permitted by the event organizer.
10.4 Unauthorized resale of tickets may result in ticket cancellation without refund and potential legal consequences.

11. FORCE MAJEURE
11.1 KickTick shall not be held liable for event cancellations, postponements, or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, terrorism, or public health emergencies.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW
12.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.
12.2 Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Kosovo unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
12.3 Users may attempt to resolve disputes through customer support before initiating formal legal action.

13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
13.1 KickTick reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.
13.2 Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
